Individual sessions cost $80.00. Group training sessions vary in cost depending on how many participants will be training together.
Priscilla Bell is one of Seattle's most respected personal trainers and group fitness instructors. A fitness professional with years of experience she has been responsible for implementing many cutting-edge fitness programs throughout the city. Experienced in group fitness including pilates, yoga, group strength training, sports conditioning and functional fitness, Priscilla keeps her certifications up to date by regularly attending fitness conventions and constantly researching fitness trends and changes in the industry. As a competitive bodybuilder Priscilla has experience in building muscle and losing fat and has helped many clients reach their fitness goals. She has worked for several premier fitness facilities in Seattle including Allstar Fitness, 24 Hour Fitness, Olympic Athletic Club, Seattle Athletic Club, Denali and Zum. She has also worked as a Senior Fitness Specialist for Group Health Cooperative, an affliate of Kaiser-Permanente.
