Description: Interval training burns 9 times more fat then steady state cardio.  In this indoor/outdoor boot camp class you will burn a significant amount of calories as you sweat through bouts of intense drills followed by recovery.    Also included - exercises guaranteed to sculpt your abs, butt, legs and arms!

All classes are held at or near the Fitness Lab in Fremont, 3410 Stone Way N, Seatttle, WA 98103 (map - please note that you can't see the studio from the street).  Classes are on-going and you can join at any time.  First class is free.  Drop in rate is $25.00.  Punch cards cost $170 for 10 visits and $100.00 for 5 visits.  Punch cards expire in 90 days.
